You might not have learnt the skills just yet, but you can, and once you have, they are yours for life.

To help yourself, you must first be willing to take responsibility for your current circumstances, including your physical and mental health.

Every thought you think creates your future

Thoughts create emotion. Emotion is the physical feeling of a thought. Right before you began reading this website, try to remember what were you thinking about? Notice what you were focused on, a situation, a person, yourself?

Ask yourself. Is that which you were thinking about, something you would want to create in your future? Would you feel really good about having this show up in your life?

The Paradox Of Our Age

We have bigger houses, but smaller families

More conveniences, but less time

We have more degrees, but less sense

We have more knowledge, but less judgment

More experts, but more problems

More medicines, but less health

We have been all the way to the moon and back,

but have trouble crossing the street to meet the new neighbor

We built more computers to hold more information,

to produce more copies than ever,

but have less communication

We have become long on quantity, but short on quality

These are times of fast foods, but slow digestion

Tall man, but short character

Steep profits, but shallow relationships

It’s a time when there is much in the window,

but nothing in the room.
